This one year process is an opportunity to go through the greatest transformation that you can: committing to and immersing yourself into a life of authenticity, wisdom, compassion, and leadership.

Unlike the other programs where a monthly breakdown is provided, a monthly schedule is not offered here, because the content is custom-tailored to each individual client. The one year program involves weekly coaching, leadership exercises and learning opportunities, and integration weeks so that you can make the most of your learning.
Here is the breakdown of the program:
Months 1-3: The Foundation for Transformation
The first few months are training intensive-months where you will be learning frameworks for integrating mindfulness with leadership and personal development. This lays the groundwork for being able to initiate meaningful change, and by the end of this time you will develop your ability to map out a meaningful vision, and begin taking action.
Months 3-6: Practicing Visionary Leadership
Bringing our visions into reality is an act of self-leadership. These months will focus on self-leadership as it relates to professional growth. You will learn to identify the internal stopping points we experience in real-time, so that we can go beyond them to make the greatest difference in your career, and the communities that matter to you.
Months 6-9: Developing Compassionate Relationships
The journey of growing as a leader is not just about what we do with our careers, but what we do with our lives as a whole. One of the ways to focus on our lives holistically is to learn and to practice skills that allow us to bring compassion into our professional and personal contexts. You will learn how to consistently set a context of compassion for others, in a way that empowers them and fosters great connection between you and them.
Month 9-12: Honing Longterm Transformation
We will be called to change and to transform throughout our lives. These final months are focused on developing mastery on how to use the mindfulness skills in new and future contexts. You will learn to use self-reflection and self-awareness to continue to hone your growth-oriented approach to life and to difference-making.
Finally, it’s important to emphasize this:
Regardless of whether or not we work together, you have what it takes.

About the Coach:
Rodney Agnant is a leadership coach certified through the International Coaching Federation. Trained by the Co-Active Training Institute and the Academy for Coaching Excellence, Rodney’s coaching combines insights from his Master’s research with models for integrating mindfulness and leadership practices together. Rodney works with people in 1-on-1 coaching sessions, as well as leadership development workshops.
